How To Upgrade Infinix Zero X506 To Lollipop (5.1)

This tutorial will explain how to upgrade your infinix zero to lollipop with ease.

Don't forget we have two variant of infinix zero, this lollipop update is only for  "J608 variant"
You can check you phone variant by going to SETTING-ABOUT PHONE- CHECK YOUR BUILD NUMBER

The lollipop is a stock ROM, that is, it is from the infinix itself, but is not ythrough OTA in your setting

IMPORTANT OF THIS UPDATE

*It fix the hotness of the phone

*it release your phone memory to 12gb in file

*You are using the latest os

TOOLS NEEDED

1- A PC

2- Data that you we need to download your rom

3- SPFLASH TOOLS that you we need to flash the new ROM download here or here

Head on to infinix xclub This is a forum, for all infinix user and this is where you we download your new ROM.

Both BETA 1 and BETA 2 ROM are 5.1 lollipop

BETA 1 ROM size is 2.39gb while

BETA 2 ROM size is 657mb

Both ROM are in mega website

follow the tutorial here to get the file with #70

After succesflly download the any BETA version of the ROM,  Extract them in you DESKTOP

*Extract the downloaded "SPflash tools" Run the "flash tools" as administrator

*Click on "scatter loading" and navigate to where you extract your ROM. (i said you should put it to desktop) and open the ROM

*Click on "MT6592_Android_Scatter" Then click on Open. (just as if you are open a save document)

you we be immediately redirected to sp flash tools and all file we be loaded

*You we see "download only" change it to "firmware upgrade

*Click on "|Download"

*Now connect your phone through USB cable to your PC

*Relax, the firmware we now be flash to your PC

*A notification we be pop up at the end with check mark. when you see this, the flashing is done

Disconnect your phone, and switch it on

NOTE: The first boot we take 15-20 minute to boot up

you are running android 5.1 on your infinix zero X506 J608 VARIANT
