Battery safer kills your RAM, this make your phone run slow and become lagin, they run background and always start immediately the phone booted up. NOTE; The battery safer that comes with your OS are the best.. Almost all custom ROM has battery safe and few stock ROM has battery safer too. using the battery safer that comes with you ROM does not kills your ram as it already part of the OS.
